Noosa Parks Assocation has several interest groups which are driven by the Association’s volunteer members.  These groups plan and engage in regular activities which focus on providing participants with a greater understanding and advancement of the natural environment.  Members in each of these groups assist in promoting the aims of the Association by helping to protect our natural environment and encouraging sustainability.

Over the past number of years, each group was started by NPA members with the environmental conservation values of the area as the primary aim of the group. When the success of forming such groups was realised the organisation encouraged and supported their endeavours.

There is no limit to the number of groups that may be formed.  If an NPA member is able to show the management committee that there is significant support for a new group within the current membership, then there should be no reason why a new group cannot start-up and flourish.  The Association welcomes ideas and suggestions.
